June is almost over! It was a GREAT month with 5 real estate closings scheduled. In between, I was able to get off to Cancun for a one week vacation.
Watch for my Columbia real estate update in July. I'll provide a detailed snapshot of Columbia area real estate activity with what's happening with the number of closings and average prices. Watch for it by the end of July.
