We previously owned a Hilton Head Island condo that we sucessfully rented with an Internet presence. That property was just a one bedroom condo. We sold it last month after enjoying ownership for 14 years.
We purchased the Surfside Beach home late last summer. Already, we have had several bookings and have more booked for 2011.
