 Barbara and I bought a vacation home last year in Surfside Beach.   We sure enjoy our new vacation spot!

We previously owned a Hilton Head Island condo that we sucessfully rented with an Internet presence.   That property was just a one bedroom condo.  We sold it last month after enjoying ownership for 14 years.
